In short
Your account and work data are hosted in Canada (Montreal). Prompts are processed by an LLM provider located in the United States, under standard contractual clauses and with no reuse of your data for training.
Nothing is deleted automatically today. From 1 December 2026, an account left twelve months without a sign-in is deleted, and a paid subscription that ends keeps read access and export for 30 days before access closes.
