A project groups your conversations, deliverables and context in one place, so different engagements never mix.
What a project groups
A project brings together its conversations, its deliverables and its project context, within your organisation (so it is shared with your team).
The project switcher
At the top of the left menu, it lets you switch project, create one, rename it or archive it.
The active project
The selected project defines the current scope: the conversation list, the library and the context shown all follow the active project.
The work plan
From the project’s library, the work plan cross-checks the expected business analysis tasks, from the BABOK v3, against the deliverables you already produced here. It follows the active project, like everything else.
Archiving
Archiving is soft and reversible: the project leaves the active list, but its data is not deleted.
